Founded in 2007 by Glenda Bryant and led by Antonio Bryant, Ultimate Home Health Care (UHHC) serves families across Eastern North Carolina with dependable, person-centered care. What began as a family-founded agency has grown into a trusted partner for skilled nursing, personal care, and transportation services.
We exist to bridge the gap between hospital and home—supporting recovery, managing chronic conditions, and promoting independence through compassionate professionals who treat each client with dignity and respect.
